Flying to Kidepo safari will start with pick up from your residence or Hotel in Entebbe/Kampala and transfer to Entebbe International airport to catch afternoon flight to Kidepo National park. On arrival you check into your Rooms, have lunch and later go for afternoon game drive where you will able to have an amazing wildlife experience with the big five, cheetahs, giraffes and many more. Leave early Morning for Game drive in Narus valley and the common wildlife’s that can be spotted include Elephants, Leopards, Bush duikers, jackal, Bushbuck, bush pig, Kavirondo bush baby, Buffalos and much more. Afternoon guided nature walk along the splendid Kidepo River valley between the attractive borassus palm forest. And back to the lodge for dinner and overnight. After breakfast you will be taken for culture tour of the Karamonjongo’s people who occupy the North-East of Uganda and you will be able to discover the unique culture of this remote tribe. Their main livelihood is herding livestock, and the social and cultural importance will be explained to you as you walk with guide to the traditional Karamojong manyattas( Homestead), granaries and cattle enclosure, learn how they make distinctive beads, sample the local cuisine and even meet the Karamojong King who will narrate the tribes folklore and beliefs. And later drive to Kidepo airstrip to catch a flight back to Entebbe where the driver will be waiting to drop you off at your residence or Hotel in Kampala or Entebbe. Meal plan Breakfast and Lunch.
